Our classic aioli recipe with a double hit of garlic was insisted on by our garlic loving customers who said it needed more! it’s full of flavour and great in and on everything. delicious on platters, breads, for dipping and burgers, this is a garlic-lovers staple!

Ingredients: soybean oil, garlic (6%), free range egg yolk (pasteurised), cider vinegar, water, honey, salt, Dijon mustard, pepper, acidity regulators (citric acid, acetic acid).
