Ingredients: soybean oil, olive oil, free range egg yolk (pasteurised), lemon juice, white wine, cider vinegar, dijon mustard, shallots, white balsamic vinegar, garlic, red wine vinegar, salt, brown sugar, black pepper, herbs & spices, acidity regulator (citric acid).
