For fearless food ninjas our Black Garlic Aioli will add drama to your meal and impress your guests. Made with black garlic grown right here in New Zealand and a touch of black charcoal for a bit of pizzaz, it’s become a favourite of our regular customers. Stir it through a seafood pasta or serve it with kumera fries. It’s one word - delicious!

Ingredients: soybean oil, water, black garlic (6.0%), free range egg yolk (pasteurised), garlic, cider vinegar, squid ink, lemon juice, honey, dijon mustard, vegetable carbon, pepper, acidity regulators (citric acid, acetic acid), herb.
